We purchased a bed and mattress on 1/17/09, and were given a delivery date of 10-14 days. 14 days passed and no furniture. We called and spoke to Ashley who said it would be in within the next 4 days. Also spoke to Alan who was a complete jerk. Four days passed and then it was going to be three . . .

they have been overcharging us for 14 months our cpa spotted the problem and they will not credit you we have been deducting the over charges and they will shut off your tel service they are worse than the mafia.! dont use them for . . .

I paid them for a tv, they took the money from my account, I received a shipping confirmation but not a tracking number. I have tried to reach them to find out where my tv is since I ordered it a month ago...all of their numbers were disconnected. Shortly after all of their numbers disappeared . . .

Horriffic Customer Service

This situation has been going on since day 1 of this service; I am in a
2 year contract that expires in November 2007. The account has NEVER billed or functioned correctly. They constantly charge me for text messaging even when I didn't have it or want it, they have told me repeatedly . . .
