Why does Charter Communications even pretend to have people that can help you with a technical problem!???? They are a complete "farce" and have no idea how to help (how could they since they are just pulled off the street with no techology or Internet backgound ?)

I was charged 32.99, plus 9.00 shipping for China Beach DVD order on 12/9/07. UPS has received electronic billing information, but no pick up or drop off date. They suggested I contact the shipper, which is proving to be impossible. Naxpmedia has a telephone number, but once connected, . . .

I am a former sales person at this facility who just couldn't take their deceptive ways and practices any longer. Here are Sprint's major problems POOR MANAGEMENT of their stores, and call centers or Septic Tanks as they should be called, their internal buddy system causes friends to promote friend to positions, which their friends are not qualified to manage, lack of communication between departments, . . .

When I went to pick up our rental car, and after waiting for 40 minutes, the AVIS agent asked if I wanted insurance and when I said my credit card covered insurance and we did not need any, she told me to initial and sign in the appropriate areas but because it was in Spanish I did not know what . . .
