I have been a customer with Netzero for 10 years. A few years ago when I was about to cancel my service because I discovered #1: that they had upgraded my service and my daughters without my authorization, and #2 they had increased the monthly charge to twice as much as I was originally . . .

Activation Fee

I purchased a lifetime subscription for two radios. After 2.5 years the radio died. I had purchased two at the time I started. They wanted to charge me a $75 fee to put this radio on my subscription and remove the dead one. this translates to a $150 fee plus the cost of a radio over five . . .

Noise

it is unreal how people have to have a noise turned up so loud that it is almost unhearable!!! to me it is idotic!!! when i was young i tried to do the same thing by turning it up - it did not work - i could not "enjoy" what i wanted to hear!!! the people at good at 533 e main st ventura . . .

Faulty Phones

I recently purchsed a centro by palm phone from sprint. The phone hasnt workded since I got it over six months ago. When I complained they sent me another one. This one is even worse than the first. They both freeze up, the internet never works, it doesn't ring half the time. I almost never have . . .

I spoke with an "insurance specialist" who asked some questions--Name, address, telephone #,DOB, SS #, make, model and year of car,how many people would be driving . . .
