I have fax'd, email 3 complaints regarding this wendys and nothing. My first complaint was in person - while placing my order I was overwhelmed with a strong urine order and complained to the cashier. Who said, yeah we know, they have tried cleaning and cleaning but the odor is still there. I left the store without my purchase. My next visit approximately 1 yr later, the same order, left the store and made a complaint on the wendys' corporate site. My next visit on 6/29 - same urine smell. It's pretty pathetic and shameful that the people of E. Orange, NJ patronize a restaurant with an odor of urine and do not complain, that's why the oder is till there.
