I stated repeatedly to agent that I didn't want to be without insurance (had Travelers). He stated that he ould handle it correctly.
On the phone on 5-28-09, he told me to cancel the 'Travelers" insurance ( which was in effect), that AAA-Texas had taken over!!!!
Foolishly, I canceled my insurance in effect, on his word!!!
When I got AAA policies they went into effect 06-27-09.
He DENIED that he had ever told me to cancel!!!!
I am now without insurance (during hurricane season) and cannot drive!!!
Stay way away from AAA-Texas and Ash Khondker!!!!!!
